While numerous American parents try their hand in home schooling because of the quarantine, their kids don’t shy away from criticizing those attempts. Candice Hunter Kennedy, a stay-at-home mother of 3 from Kentucky, USA experienced it for herself after discovering her son’s diary entry.

According to Candice, she was trying to transfer some elementary school knowledge to her 8-year-old son Ben. Eventually, she had to take a break.

And that’s when Ben grabbed a pencil to write down his thoughts.

The entry, which Candice posted on her Facebook, is titled “homed school” (sic). “My mom is getting stressed out. My mom is really getting confused”, laments Ben.

His mom found this genuine and endearing journaling hilarious, tagging it with “#kidsseeeverything and “8yearoldcalledmeout”. And so did people all over the Internet — as of March 25 more than 300 thousand users shared her post.
