Thomas E. Barber

After getting a Computer Science degree from Southern Hemisphere State University and having a brief stint in the local IT industry, Thomas made the transition to tech journalism and never looked back. While running a daily column for IT Bee early in his career, he took a particular interest in the intersection of technology and politics after the digital revolution. Now, as our managing editor, Thomas helps lead an impressive team of reporters that explores how technology permeates and shapes our society. He also generously contributes to our project's Health category: something that is close to Thomas' heart since his parents are practicing physicians.
